Soak The Stone In The Water For 5 Minutes And Then Put It On A Steady Platform.

Step 1: #3000 Grit Fine Grinding Use For Repairing Damaged Edge Suitable For Blunt Knives/Edges.
Hold The Knife At An Angle Of 10 - 30 °(Use WithGrinder®Knife Guide When Possible) Grind The Edge On The Stone Back And Forth With Gentle Pressure.

Step 2: #8000 Grit Ultra Fine Grinding A Necessary Step To Eliminate Burrs Of The Edge.
Use More Gentle Pressure Repeat Step 1 And Repair The Edge Until Smoothly And Keenly.

Use It Once A Week To Keep Your Blades In Shape For Frequent Users.

Maintenance:
Wipe The Surface With Wet Cloth Or Rinse With Water After Sharpening And Then Dry In Cool Place.
