To Measure The Neck, Wrap The Tape Measure Just Below The Narrow Part Where They Normally Wear A Collar. If You’Re Having Trouble Deciding Where To Measure, Feel For Their Shoulders. The Correct Spot To Measure Will Be Right Above Them.
